Our primary quantitative mass spectrometry technologies are the Waters TQ-S MS/MS detector coupled to a Waters Acquity I-Class UPLC. These instruments provide excellent sensitivity to allow robust quantitation of your compounds at very low concentrations. In the event of a breakdown, multiple mirrored systems ensure continuous analysis and deliver your time-critical results. Our clients also benefit from low downtime statistics as we keep a full set of user replaceable parts on site.
High resolution mass spectrometry
Our Thermo Q-Exactive™ Focus Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap™ mass spectrometer sets the standard for screening, quantitation, identification, and confirmation of targeted and untargeted compounds, providing unrivalled sensitivity, selectivity, flexibility, and ease-of-use. This high resolution technology allows us to quantify those challenging molecules and helps us speed up our discovery screening workflows.
ELISA plate readers
We have multiple Molecular Devices Spectramax 384 plus plate readers in the laboratory in addition to access to other plate reader types though the site open access facility and our partnership network.
Alderley Analytical have the Labware Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Using Labware’s Bioanalysis solution, we benefit from a single integrated solution for bioanalysis research, improved data accessibility and regulatory compliance allowing us to provide a world class service.
We’ve been able to deliver some complicated and unusual projects, thanks to our strong partnership network providing us with access to other technologies such as:
- ICP-MS / ICP-OES
- Quantitative NMR
- Luminex and other plate reader technologies
